I have over 25 years' experience as an instructor within the NHS supporting clients with cardiac rehabilitation, neurological rehab and Exercise on Referral as well as within mental health. This has covered a broad spectrum of long term conditions and issues which has included Cardiac disease, Diabetes, morbid obesity, Parkinsons, Multiple Sclerosis and Stroke
